B2B Smart Services LLC ("B2B Smart," "we," "us" or "our") respects your privacy. It applies to this website (theb2bsmart.com), to the quotations, orders, software and services we provide, and to the communications you receive from us, including email and text (SMS) messages.

Our products and services are offered to businesses, schools, government agencies and other organizations in the United States. This policy does not apply to third-party websites or services that we link to but do not control.

Information you provide to us. When you request a quote, place an order, contact us, subscribe to updates or engage us for software or systems work, we may collect:

• Identifiers and contact details: name, job title, company or agency, business email address, mailing and delivery addresses, and telephone or mobile number.
• Commercial information: items, part numbers, quantities, specifications, solicitation or purchase order references, quotation, order, license and renewal history.

• The content of messages, attachments and files you send us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit this website, our hosting, form and analytics providers may collect IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit, using cookies and similar technologies.

Sensitive information. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank credentials, government ID numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not send it to us. Payment card data, when used, is processed by our payment provider and is not stored on this website.

• Operate, secure and improve this website and our services, and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting and contractual obligations, including recordkeeping for government orders.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose it only as follows:

• Service providers that work on our behalf, such as website and form hosting, customer relationship management, email and text message delivery, payment processing, accounting and IT support. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
• Manufacturers, distributors, software publishers and carriers, only as needed to source, ship, license, register or warranty the products and software you order, for example a delivery contact or the licensee name on a software subscription.

If you provide a mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our website form, or otherwise expressly opt in, B2B Smart Services may send you text messages. Non-marketing messages relate to your quotes, orders, deliveries, account and customer care. Marketing messages, such as offers and product updates, are sent only if you separately opt in to them.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our providers use cookies, pixels and local storage to keep the website working, remember preferences, measure traffic and protect forms against spam. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

Our website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Where required by applicable law, we honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above and then for the period required by our legal, tax, accounting, warranty and contractual obligations. Records related to government orders may be kept longer where a contract or regulation requires it. SMS consent and opt-out records are kept for as long as needed to honor and document your choice.
